Jason Willig, Founder

Jason Willig is a senior advisor to numerous video game companies and a Venture Director at Hiro Capital, a leading games-focused venture fund. Over a 20-year career, Jason has built & led high-performing organizations, created winning partnerships, launched & scaled category-leading products, and transformed operations at top video game companies.

Jason was previously the President of Big Fish Games, a leading mobile games developer & publisher. He spent seven years at Electronic Arts in successively senior roles in general management, strategy, and business operations in the Casual, Maxis, and Mobile divisions. He has held leadership positions in strategy & operations, business development, publishing, and product management at companies including Amazon, LucasArts, and Vivendi Universal Games.

When he is not helping investors and entrepreneurs solve problems, delight players, and make money, he can be found on a bicycle or in a converted sprinter van exploring the country with his wife and dogs.

Jason has a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Massachusetts.
